Lifeguard & Aquatic Safety Specialist (Full/Part-Time)

Swimwerks is hiring swimming professionals to join our team in Singapore. We offer roles in lifeguarding, swimming instruction, business development, and operations.

Part‑time rates start from $12 – $15 per hour. The role requires a strong commitment to safety and customer service.

• Ensure the well‑being and safety of customers by providing a high standard of aquatic safety and exemplary guest services.
• Recognise and respond effectively in emergency situations to minimise injuries or casualties and render first aid promptly.
• Participate in in‑service training to maintain a fun and friendly customer service experience and enforce safety policies and regulations.
• Interact with guests and provide information related to the facility.
• Evacuate swimmers safely during lightning alerts or heavy rain.
