Review the work order to identify the vehicle issue and, when necessary, discuss with the shop foreman to clarify the nature of the work to be performed.
Perform a complete multi-point inspection to ensure each vehicle returned to the customer meets safety and performance standards.
Carry out all required mechanical work: repairs, preventive maintenance, adjustments, part replacements, and corrective actions based on established diagnostics.
Use computerized diagnostic equipment to identify malfunctions and defects.
