Loan Officer, Micro Credit

We are seeking to recruit a qualified and highly motivated individual to fill the position of a Loans Officer, Micro Credit



Reporting to the Branch Manager, the individual will be responsible for the day to day coordination of the credit functions in the unit, ensuring high customers service standards are maintained and total compliance to the Company’s lending policies and procedures.



Tasks and Responsibilities

Market Micro-credit products and services to the target clients and maintain the image of Micro-Credit activities under the guidance of the Team leader or the Branch Manager

Maintain good relationship with clients and frequent scheduled visit

Disbursement and processing of loans

Maintain quality portfolio by closely monitoring repayment of loans from customers and ensuring prompt follow-ups

Recruiting clients, groups and business appraisal
