Loan Operations Lead: Compliance, Service & Performance

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for the effective management of the administrative, technical and control functions of loanoperations handled by the Department. Ensures that the Department as a whole achieves high levels of service quality, productivity, compliance to external rules and regulations, as well as adherence to internal policies and procedures to attain the group’s objectives and the bank’s goals of delivering highly satisfactory products and services to our clients.
