Loan Operations Manager

About the Role

As Supervisor, Loan Operations, you will oversee daily loan administration activities, ensure operational accuracy, monitor service level agreements, and support process improvements across a variety of loan products.

You'll work closely with internal stakeholders while ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant loan processing throughout the loan lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Review credit agreements and loan documentation to ensure accurate setup and processing
• Oversee the full lifecycle of loan administration activities
• Monitor loan lifecycle transactions and ensure processing accuracy
• Investigate accrual, position, and cash breaks with Loan Servicers and Agents
