Loan Processor

Capital Lynk is hiring a Loan Processor to join our growing team in Montreal.

We’re looking for someone sharp, detail-oriented, and fast-moving who knows how to keep deals organized, clean, and moving toward funding. If you thrive in high-volume environments and know how to spot issues before they become problems, we’d love to connect.

Fully onsite role based in Montreal, QC.

What You’ll Do

• Review and prepare files for underwriting
• Verify bank statements, financials, and supporting documents
• Identify inconsistencies, and missing information upfront
• Work closely with sales and underwriting teams to move deals forward
• Manage a high volume of files while staying organized and efficient

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of loan processing experience
• Alternative lending / MCA or mortgage experience preferred
• Strong understanding of cash flow and deal struct...
