Lobby Hostess

Overview

As a Lobby Hostess you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a warm and welcoming arrival experience. You will assist guests with directions, check‑in and check‑out guidance, and any immediate requests while ensuring smooth guest flow throughout the lobby.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Front Office team to manage guest movement.
• Minimise waiting times and maintain exceptional service standards.
• Build meaningful guest relationships, anticipate individual needs, and provide personalized recommendations.
• Contribute to an outstanding luxury hospitality experience.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a guest‑facing operational role within a 5‑star hotel environment.
• Professional and well‑groomed appearance.
