Schedule
Night-shift and Weekends.
Core Functions
- Book Trucks for the logistics operation
- Track and Trace shipments
- Contact shippers, carriers, drivers and any other stakeholder involved in the operation
- Update Reports, dashboards, milestones, timestamps
- Check POP and PODs when the cargo is picked up and delivered
- Generate and revise documentation such as AWB, BOL, etc.
Key Characteristics and Qualifications
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency in Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Great team working
- Experience working in US-based logistics companies
- High English level
- Track and Trace experience
