Description
White Aluminium Enterprises LLC – Commercial Division is currently looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth flow of fleet operation and controlling the vehicle fleet for inbound and outbound transport.
Responsibilities
- Create logistics schedule based on upcoming delivery notes
- Plan material movement based on vehicle fleet
- Schedule deliveries to different locations to ensure optimum vehicle usage and minimize multiple trips
- Coordinate deliveries between Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and Al Ain locations
- Minimize outsourcing of transportation through effective planning and scheduling
- Monitor driver schedules using GPS and Gate Pass records (OUT/IN/Trip Duration, etc.)
- Analyze and optimize logistical procedures
- Handle admin works related to logistics
