Position Overview
Job Summary
To manage and coordinate the movement of rental equipment (AWP, Earthmoving, Scaffolding, etc.) across yards, customer sites, and maintenance facilities. Responsible for ensuring timely delivery, collection, and availability of machinery while optimizing fleet utilization, minimizing transport costs, and supporting operations and sales functions.
Key Responsibilities
Fleet & Equipment Movement
- Plan and coordinate daily transportation of rental equipment.
- Schedule deliveries, replacements, relocations, and collections efficiently.
- Coordinate with transporters, drivers, and yard teams to ensure on‑time movements.
Logistics & Route Planning
- Optimize vehicle routing and load planning to reduce idle time and costs.
- Monitor transportation KPIs (on‑time delivery rate, turnaround time).
- Track GPS and fleet movement for improved planning and reporting.
