Position Overview

            Job Description Manage full cycle order fulfillment for company products and shipments 
Process PO escalation to the supply chain team on products with long lead time 
Release PO into SAP, request stock allocations and maintain accurate delivery dates 
Act as the customer catalyst monitoring to minimize risk of delayed deliveries 
Communicate regularly with customers, Channels Sales and BD teams on issues and provide timely updates 
Coordinate transportation bookings with international freight forwarders and monitor delivery movements 
Optimize import routes/shipping lanes to reduce transportation costs 
Collaborate with agents to facilitate customs clearance on import shipments or those requiring CARNET within APAC 
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipment processing with 4PL/3PL and internal team
