Logistics Coordinator (Subsea projects)

Black & Grey HR is seeking a Logistics Coordinator Offshore & Subsea to join our client's marine and offshore operations team based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This is a permanent office-based role with occasional visits to yards, ports, jetties, and logistics facilities as required, supporting the successful mobilization and demobilization of offshore survey and subsea projects. You will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day logistics activities, ensuring equipment, materials, and personnel are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Working closely with project teams, vessel operations, freight forwarders, customs agents, transport providers, and offshore personnel, you will play a key role in maintaining seamless logistics operations while ensuring compliance with regulatory and client requirements.
