Job Description

- Position Title: Logistics Officer
- Working Location: Pandan Loop
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 9.00am – 4.00pm) (1-day WFH)
- Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,500 + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
- Process orders and declare permits using the company system
- Handle payments and courier services for customers
- Prepare shipping documents and coordinate with shipping lines or agents
- Coordinate with warehouse, depot, and transport teams—both internal and external
- Provide daily or monthly customer reports
- Generate required company reports on a daily or monthly basis
- Prepare monthly TradeNet Major Exporter Scheme import/export reports for customers
- Submit monthly accruals internally and externally
