Job description:

• Firmament Solutions is an IT service company that performs IT Infrastructure Services and installation which includes structure cabling, Access Control, CCTV, Security Systems, Gaming Systems, Fire Alarm systems, and life safety equipment.


• Firmament is currently looking to fill a number of IT Network Field Service Technicians.
• This is a contract-to-hire position to start and could lead to permanent full-time employment.
• Technicians must be able to work independently and are responsible for complete installation and full servicing of systems and equipment.
• This includes reviewing work orders for project specifications, installing, maintaining, repairing (ordering and replacement of faulty parts), testing, diagnosing, and servicing various types of equipment, machinery, or systems.
