Job Description:

Opportunity to provide care for older adults in a long term care environment. Duties include direct patient care, including medication administration and oversight of CNA colleagues. Must have good critical thinking skills and ability to work independently while providing care with dignity and respect. At least 2 years of experience in a long term care setting, NYS LPN license, and BLS from AHA required.

Requirements:

• BLS (American Heart Association Only)
• 2 years of Long Term Care Experience
• LPN License (NY License ONLY)
