[LTA-PT] DEPUTY / ASSISTANT MANAGER, TRANSIT OPERATOR PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join the Transit Operator Performance Management (TOPM) division, which is responsible for managing the rail operator’s performance in terms of operations and maintenance of MRT systems to ensure high reliability and availability of train service.

• Plan and conduct audits on Operations and Maintenance (O&M) processes covering various rail systems (e.g., Rolling Stock, Signalling, Communications, Mechanical, Electrical services) to ensure compliance with correct procedures, work instructions, and contractual requirements.
• Manage contractual matters and O&M issues such as assessment of contract variations/claims, contract budget management, and investigation of incidents or service delays.
