Lux Barista: Craft Coffee & Elite Guest Experience

Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra in Mallorca is seeking a Barista to join our Food & Beverage team. You will prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages while delivering personalised, guest-focused service in a luxury environment.

The role requires 1–2 years in a similar bar service, experience in luxury hospitality, teamwork, and a keen eye for detail. You will maintain our coffee station standards, support outlets, and help uphold MOHG service standards.
