Luxury Guest Experience Lead - VIP & Suites

InterContinental Hotels Group is seeking a Guest Experience Maker (GEM) for Six Senses The Palm Dubai. In this role, you will ensure the seamless operation and high standard maintenance necessary for guest satisfaction, managing special requests and providing exceptional service.

The ideal candidate should have a diploma in hospitality, at least 2 years of experience in a luxury hotel, and proficiency in MS Office. Knowledge of hotel management systems and fluency in English is essential.
