Luxury Guest Experience Specialist

Raffles The Palm in Dubai invites a Guest Relations Officer to deliver a seamless, personalised experience from pre-arrival to post-departure. Reporting to the Guest Relations Supervisor, you will embody the Raffles tone, anticipate guest needs, and coordinate across departments to exceed expectations.

The role requires a minimum of two years in luxury hospitality, fluency in English, knowledge of Forbes/LQA standards, and experience with Opera PMS.
