Luxury Restaurant Captain

Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental Abu Dhabi is seeking a Restaurant Captain within the Food & Beverage Department to ensure their section runs smoothly and guests are served to the luxury standard of the property. The Captain reports to the Assistant Restaurant Manager.

The role requires strong communication and customer service skills, with preference for experience in a luxury hotel and Italian language proficiency.
