Job Description

Strategic Leadership & Business Growth

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to grow volume, revenue (NSV), and contribution margin (CM) across the Prestige channel.
  • Define and implement differentiated, channel‑specific strategies to maximize market penetration and brand desirability.
  • Lead the transformation of luxury engagement standards, setting new benchmarks for HNWI relationships and experiences.
  • Drive new business development opportunities within the Prestige and Luxury Wines & Spirits segments.
