We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled attorney to join a Corporate & Transactional Practice Group. The ideal candidate will play a key role in advising clients and executing a wide range of corporate matters, with meaningful responsibility and direct client interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate definitive and ancillary transaction documents for mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other complex corporate transactionsManage and coordinate all aspects of due diligence processes, including reviewing, analyzing, and summarizing findingsAdvise clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including: Financings (debt and equity), Entity formation and structuring, Corporate governance and compliance, Commercial and strategic agreementsWork closely with partners and clients throug...
