Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to join our growing engineering team. This role is open to candidates across Canada (excluding Quebec). Local candidates in Burnaby, Calgary, or Toronto should be in the office minimum twice per week on Anchor Days.

Responsibilities

• Develop advanced machine learning models using structured and unstructured data to improve customer experience.
• Create LLM-based solutions to help clients save time and create efficiencies.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, product, operations, and data science to identify new ML‑driven features.
• Work in an agile environment with a team of ML engineers, MLOps, and full‑stack developers on various projects.
