We are seeking a reliable and mechanically minded Machine Operator to join our clients well established concrete production facility in Jandakot. This is a hands-on role working with automated fixed plant machinery producing concrete slabs in a structured and safety-focused environment.

The role involves operating machinery, handling materials, and maintaining a clean and efficient production area. The role offers Monday to Friday, day shifts (6am to 2.30pm).

Key Duties

• Operate and monitor fixed plant machinery for concrete slab production
• Set up, start, adjust, and shut down batching, mixing, casting, and curing systems
• Ensure correct mix ratios, slab dimensions, and quality standards are maintained
• Work with fully automated, caged-in machinery systems
• Clean machinery using high-pressure water systems
