**Job Description**
This role involves operating, setting up, and performing routine maintenance on high-precision production equipment in a metal stamping and forming environment. The machine operator ensures parts meet customer specifications, follows established procedures, and supports a clean, efficient, and safety-focused production operation.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate, monitor, and tend high-precision metal stamping and forming equipment to produce parts that meet customer specifications.
+ Set up machines according to production requirements and standard operating procedures.
+ Interpret and understand piece part drawings to ensure correct dimensions and tolerances.
+ Continuously observe machines while running to verify stable operation and consistent product quality.
+ Measure parts using appropriate inspection tools, including toolmaker microscopes and comparators, to confirm they meet specifications.
