Mailroom Specialist

Job Description

• Carrying, packing and stacking bundles of newspapers- it involves carrying bundles to the table, break-bulking and packing, thereafter stacking the bundles back onto pallets.
• Line operations - it involves standing for a certain period of time at the Line Machines and occasionally needs to clear/carry jammed bundles of newspaper.
• Handling of Offline strapping machines - it involves carrying/lifting of bundles of newspaper.
• Work at the loading bay and oversee that the vendors and lorry drivers collect their papers correctly - it involves carrying bundles aside to check the labels.
• Transfer products manually and with pallet trucks
• Data entry work
  

Required Qualifications /Competencies / Skills / Knowledge

• 'N'/'O' Level or higher
• Physically able to carry loads up to 20kg
