• Good hands on experience (8-15 Yrs) on mainframe, Microfocus skills and strong Analytical skills, for development on DXC IP products Vantage / wmA/ DSS / PPLus.
• Candidate must have been working on DXC IP products (Vantage/wmA/ DSS/PPLUS) in current project or in recent past (minimum 5+ Yrs of hands on experience on Vantage/wmA) and has good in-depth understanding of the DXC IP products.
• Familiarity with US Insurance Life and Annuity policy administration platform.
• Ability for providing guidance to client on the business queries , Solution designing and perform development independently on wmA for new enhancements / Projects (medium to large size in nature).

Drive accurate project estimations, including effort, timeline, and resource planning, ensuring realistic project commitments and on-time delivery.
