Lead maintenance crews during assigned shifts, ensuring corrective tasks are executed safely, efficiently, and with high quality, including reporting and entering a follow up request after a temporary corrective maintenance.Managed shift-based maintenance activities, ensuring safe and efficient execution of corrective tasks and proper reporting of temporary repairs requiring follow-up.Prioritize work orders based on production needs, safety risks, and equipment criticality.Serve as the first point of contact for troubleshooting equipment issues and coordinating emergency repairs.Communicate shift activities, issues, and completed tasks to incoming teams and supervisors.Responsible for executing planned activities when no corrective maintenance is required.Provide hands-on support and guidance for mechanical, e...
