Maintenance Coordinator

The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day maintenance and site safety activities at the Waterfront Training Centre (WTC), ensuring efficiency and compliance with safety standards.

This position is well-suited to an early-career professional looking to build their experience in maintenance coordination, procurement, contractor management, budgeting, and preventative maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

Inventory Coordination & Maintenance

• Complete Parts Inventory for all equipment and PPE on site.
• Order and maintain supplies required for day-to-day maintenance including equipment PMs and industry PPE.
• Order and maintain tools, equipment, and perishable supplies used for site/office maintenance.
• Manage the current list of all new tools while confirming authorization for tool purchase under $500.
