Professional Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 8+ years of progressive leadership experience within maintenance, wastewater, manufacturing, or heavy industrial operations.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience troubleshooting heavy machinery, along with strong expertise in utilizing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective action systems.
• Operational Excellence: A proven track record of driving maintenance excellence programs in a manufacturing environment using data and performance metrics.
