POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Manage all day-to-day maintenance operations across the property. Execute preventative and reactive maintenance within required service levels. Supervise maintenance staff, cleaning teams, security personnel and external contractors. Ensure buildings, student rooms and common areas are maintained to the highest standard.
