Responsibilities:

Set up, adjust, and maintain production equipment to ensure quality and output

Diagnose equipment issues, perform repairs, and verify performance after maintenance

Complete preventive maintenance, changeovers, and respond to production needs

Support facility upkeep and assist with general maintenance tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Completion of a three-year formal maintenance or trades training program

Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and equipment knowledge

Ability to use hand tools and trade-specific equipment
