**Our client are a high end Property/Facilities Management Company who have a strong blue print across Manchester City Centre.

They are looking for a customer facing maintenance operative to come and join the team on a Permanent basis working across several high end office buildings in the city centre.
**You would be preferred to have knowledge in the following**:
- Basic Plumbing Experience
- Basic Electrical Experience
- Basic Painting Experience
- General Handy Work
- Recording/logging issues that have been dealt with on a daily basis
- Working off a check list
