Maintenance & Reliability Associate

Ansell, based in Ayer Keroh, Melaka, is seeking an Assoc Specialist, General Maintenance to maintain and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment, facilities and utility systems to keep plant operations running with minimal downtime.

The role covers preventive maintenance, shutdown coordination, safety compliance, supervision of contractors, and driving continuous improvement through RCA and efficiency initiatives.
