YOUR ROLE

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Scheduler plays a vital and dynamic role supporting the Maintenance Department, and the Mill as a whole. This role provides confidential administrative support while serving as a liaison between various stakeholders.

Duties include facilitating effective communication, managing complex calendars, coordinating travel and expenses and handling diverse administrative duties. This role leads the practical application of the Maintenance schedule in collaboration with planners, supervisors and Departmental leadership.
