Maintenance Supervisor (Nights)

Maintenance Supervisor The Maintenance Supervisor directly supervises maintenance employees on assigned shifts to ensure the effective delivery of maintenance services and support production in a 24‐hour, 7‐day per week operation. Responsibilities include planning, assigning, and directing work, addressing product and employee complaints, and resolving problems while adhering to company policies, OSHA regulations, and applicable laws. Shift Schedule Regular shift hours: 4:00PM – 2:00AM, Monday through Friday, including one weekend per month on duty as needed on a rotational basis. Supervisors are required to report 30 minutes before the start of their shift and remain on duty for 30 minutes after the end of their shift.
