Maintenance technician

SGD is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician with strong expertise in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment calibration, and reliability improvement. The role will be reporting to the Manager: Industrial and Production Engineering.

Responsibilities Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for machinery, equipment, and systems. Conduct routine inspections and servicing to reduce breakdowns and downtime. Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities. Ensure equipment is maintained according to OEM standards and best practices. Diagnose and fix mechanical, electrical, or control system failures quickly and efficiently. Support root cause analysis for equipment breakdowns.
