Hours

Full time - Monday to Fridays.

Contractual hours - 37.5 per week.

Salary - Competitive salary depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Carry out day to day repairs and some refurbishment activity to maintain high standards in the care home, including joinery, painting, decorating, basic plumbing and electrical maintenance.
• Carry out statutory safety checks at stipulated frequencies including but not limited to fire alarm testing, emergency lighting, nurse call, water temperatures and ensure accurate records are kept.
