Position Overview
Preventive Maintenance Job-scope
- Regular Inspections: Conduct scheduled inspection and diagnostic checks on carpark equipment to identify potential issues like wear and tear before they escalat
- Routing Servicing: Performs tasks such as cleaning, lubrication, replacing worn components, cleaning equipment to keep equipment running smoothly
- Repairing: Perform minor repairs to maintain equipment functionality
- Recording Keeping: Maintaining accurate documentation of maintenance activities, including inspection findings, repairs performed, and parts used
- Safety Compliance: Ensuring all maintenance activities adhere to safety regulations, maintain workplace cleanliness, and follow proper safety protocols
- Basic Computer Skills: Utilizing computer systems for record-keeping and communication
- Any other Works: Other duties as assigned
