Position Overview
Position Summary
Reporting to the Maintenance & Facility Manger Manager, the Preventative Maintenance Tech’s role isrequired to perform preventative maintenance duties for the facility and equipment. The role will also maintain, repair, and assist in the installation of new equipment, such as: electrical wiring and controls, walls, ceilings, lighting, pneumatic hydraulics, heating ventilating, plumping systems, and air conditioning. This position is also responsible to keep buildings, grounds, and vehicles in a clean and orderly condition working both indoors and outside.
Essential Job Functions
Complete and maintain weekly, monthly and annual preventative maintenance requirements, maintain a 100% monthly completion rate of all PM’s.
Reports to work on time every scheduled workday. Follows Company procedures for reporting any absences or lateness if necessary.
