Position Overview

The Management Development Specialist is responsible for planning, coordinating, and enrolling both client and internal training programs throughout the region. The role focuses on onboarding new hires, professional development, and certification maintenance for all employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan initial hire and recurrent training for front‑line management.
  • Oversee and deliver aviation‑specific training programs (in‑house).
