Position Summary

Main stakeholder and system owner for the In-flight Catering Operations System (ICOS) and all related systems/applications supporting inflight catering and business operations. Responsible to manage, plan, execute, monitor, and track ICOS operations, system enhancements, digital initiatives, and delivery against business requirements and approved business cases. Lead the development and implementation of inflight systems, operational applications, dashboards, reporting tools, and other IT-related solutions for catering/Inflight operations to improve operational efficiency, data visibility, productivity, and service performance. To evaluate tender proposals and recommend suitable systems and technology solutions in compliance with Corporate Governance requirements.
