Position Overview

The role of the Manager, BCM is to own the Blue Rewards Business Continuity Management program. The Manager, BCM will update, amend and review all Business Impact Assessments, Business Continuity Plans, Crisis Management Plan, IT Disaster Recovery Plan and associated documentation on an annual basis. The Manager, BCM will liaise with all internal departments and coordinate with BMO counterparts to ensure plans meet business, regulatory, and audit requirements. The Manager, BCM will conduct training and live exercises to test the plans and responses; document and resolve identified gaps from each exercise.
