ITI Apprentices Recruitment & Compliance (Apprentices Act)

  • Plan annual/monthly intake of ITI Apprentices based on manpower requirements
  • Source apprentices through ITI institutes (Government & Private). 
  • Manage apprenticeship portals (e.g., NAPS/NATS)
  • Build and maintain relationships with ITI colleges and placement cells
  • Screen, shortlist, and conduct selection processes (tests/interviews)
  • Ensure onboarding within Apprentices Act guidelines
  • Register contracts of apprenticeship-on-apprenticeship portal
  • Maintain apprentice engagement and discipline during training
  • Monitor stipend disbursement as per statutory norms
  • Ensure compliance with Apprentices Act provisions
  • Record maintenance & inspections
  • Grievance Redressal & Conflict Resolution
