Responsibilities

• Write SQL, build dashboards, run analytical deep‑dives, and produce models for product and business insights
• Drive self‑service analytics and train business partners to navigate the BI platform
• Set governance standards to ensure data trustworthiness
• Partner with operational stakeholders to monitor business health and surface trends
• Contribute to a BI roadmap balancing short‑term execution with long‑term architecture, including AI/ML applications
• Report directly to the VP of Financial Operations to inform growth and strategy
