Position Overview

Job Tasks and Responsibilities

Reporting to the General Manager, Technology (IT/OT), Cyber & Data, the Manager, Digital Operations & AI is accountable for the ICT infrastructure, AI deployment and design, onsite ICT services, service desk delivery, networks, end-user computing and the support of mine site related technologies as directed. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Leading the delivery of critical Technology infrastructure across the business.

  • Leading a highly skilled and successful country wide team

  • Providing input to the technology strategy to ensure alignment with enterprise-wide goals and deliverables.

  • Managing networks, service desk, storage, servers, cloud, end-user computing and onsite technology support.

  • Owning and executing the enterprise AI roadmap.

  • Enabling safe, governed and practical AI adoption across the organisation.
