Position Summary
The Manager, DtC Data Analytics reports to the Director, DtC Strategy & Planning and drives data‑driven decision‑making for the Omnichannel (eStore and SES stores) business. The role monitors, assesses, and derives actionable insights from core KPIs (Sales & Profit, Marketing Performance, Site Performance, Partner Operational KPIs) to optimize performance and measure the impact of digital programs, products, and customer experiences. It involves designing digital reporting frameworks, conducting in‑depth analysis, and supporting senior executives and DtC teams across the organization.
