Position Overview

The Manager of Enterprise Risk Management and Insurance plays a critical role in safeguarding the organization’s assets, reputation and sustainability across the group portfolio by effectively managing risks and ensuring adequate insurance coverage. The manager will act as a strategic advisor to the group and its assets/subsidiaries by managing the processes, strategies and frameworks that must be enforced to identify, assess, mitigate, and monitor risks across its operations.

Job Specific Accountabilities

1: Risk Identification and Assessment

  • Identify Risks: Proactively identify potential risks that could impact the groups objectives, operations, or assets. This involves analysing internal processes, external market conditions, and industry trends to foresee and mitigate potential risks to the business and its subsidiaries and associates.
