Position Overview

Responsibilities
  • Manage the Group's Private Funds covering real estate properties.
  • Review consolidation and closing of monthly accounts of funds, joint ventures, subsidiaries and associates.
  • Manage monthly and quarterly variance analysis and provide commentary on the financial performance against budget/comparative period.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual management financial reports and investor reports.
  • Liaise with fund managers and treasury on finance matters such as monthly accounts, cashflow forecasts, quarterly forecast and annual budget.
  • Coordinate, prepare and consolidate the funds forecasts and annual budget.
  • Prepare consolidated audit reports, with full compliance to the Group and Singapore regulatory financial reporting requirements and accounting standards.
