Position Overview

As National Traditional Sales Manager you will be part of the strategic growth channels to position our hardware brands.
You will report to the comercial area.
You will be #LI-Onsite in our site in Mexico
**Main Responsibilities**
- You will serve and lead existing customers, develop new accounts for the hardware store portfolio and build the hardware store expansion plan.
- You will implement tactical actions and manage productive interaction with multiple responsibilities of the organization to improve the service level of our area.
- Develop a strategy, monitoring results and making recommendations to achieve growth goals.
You will seek and identify innovation actions for the channel.
- Participate by providing input in defining product portfolio, volume, clients and targets for core families.
